Availability of the Gite in 2012

Our regular season in 2012 will be from 7th April to 3rd November.

Our Gite is primarily available for rental from April to end of October, due mainly to heating considerations in the colder wintry months. The Gite has no central heating but does have alternative heating arrangements, so we would consider bookings from November to March, but would need to discuss the booking with potential guests prior to agreement and confirmation. In winter, heating would be provided predominantly by wood burning stove and fire or oil burning heater. This would necessitate additional daily work for the guests. 

In summer, electric fans are provided to keep the inside of the Gite nice and cool.

The Gite is rented from Saturday to Saturday in multiples of 7 days.

All bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. This is to give us time to make the gite ready for the next guests and maintain our high standards for the benefit of everyone. It really does take two of us that long to clean the gite and gardens to our own high standards.
